We regret no pets or smoking. The terracing to the garden does mean three steps, which families with small children or those with knee-problems should bear in mind. From 2008 a two week booking receives a 7.5% discount on the second week.

Terms
We ask for a £55 deposit for one week or £110 for two, at the time of booking (non-refundable if booking cancelled) and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday.
We also require a separate cheque for £100 as a security deposit against
possible damages or loss, which we do not bank, and which will be destroyed if everything is
satisfactory at the end of your holiday.
