We include cleaning, towels and bed linen in the price..  Electricity costs are included in the price between 1st June and  1st September

Changeover day is Saturday, and in order to check and clean the house we ask guests to arrive after 4pm, and to leave by 10 am.

We regret no pets or smoking. The terrace to the garden does have three steps, which families with small children or those with knee-problems should bear in mind. 

 

A two week booking receives a 7.5% discount on the second week.

  Our Terms

We ask for a £60 deposit for one week or £120 for two, payable at the time of booking (non-refundable if booking cancelled) and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday.

We also require a separate cheque for £100 as a security deposit against possible damages or loss, which we do not bank, and which will be destroyed if everything is satisfactory at the end of your holiday.

We  accept payment in Euro's; details on application, or use the contact form provided to send an email.
