		The sitting room is separated from the the kitchen and dining area by a connecting door.

		There is a toaster and kettle; microwave; all the glasses, cups, saucers, cutlery etc; washing machine with table and chairs to seat 4; fire extinguisher, smoke detector.
		Bedroom 1 A restful double bed awaits you. Complete with chest of drawers, hair dryer and mirror, there is ample bedside storage too.

		Bedroom 2 A good sized bedroom with two single beds ideal for children. There is a double wardrobe, and chest of drawers and iron & ironing board.
		The shower Room Tiled, light and functional - there is a great shower too. On the ground floor with WC, pedestal wash basin, extractor fan and heater. There is plenty of surface space for your own toiletries.
