Konsinity Developments Ltd is the name of our property and holiday rentals company. We strive to offer our guests a superb holiday experience with a choice of two self catering holiday homes in France and Bulgaria.

Our concentration on high standards in furnishing, décor, and facilities means that you can holiday in comfort, style, and convenience.  Whilst the two holiday locations couldn’t be more different, they both offer the holiday maker a rich and enjoyable experience.  From stunning ocean views to mediæval splendour our two property locations in Bulgaria and France both have something special to offer.

We are keen for our guests to get the best from their stay and we are able to point you towards local attractions, amenities and events that will make your stay enjoyable and memorable.  The house book and this website will give you a good idea of what is available.

It is important to us that we give our guests real value for money.  We stay competitive by adding more - except surcharges and incidental costs.
